Registration

General Information

• all CPE2013 Conference attendees (authors and non-authors) must pay registration fees.
• attending authors (corresponding and co-authors) must register in advance via the secure on-line registration site
• early registration deadline: before 25. march, 2013
• be advised that:
  • each full registration entitles an author to publish one (1) paper.
  • student registration fee does not cover the paper publication.
• within registration process please not forget to enter your:
  • paper ID
  • IEEE member number
  • indicate IES and/or PELS membership

Registration fees - Conference attendees

The registration fee includes: the welcome party and the gala dinner, lunches and coffee breaks during the conference, admission to all scientific sessions, all congress materials and sightseeing tour.

* IEEE, IEEE-IES and IEEE-PELS Members must indicate their member number within registration process.

**Student must send a document from their university that accredits their student condition. Student registration fee does not cover the paper publication.

Registration fees - Accompanying person

All accompanying person are welcome to join the Conference Social Program. The conference fee for accompanying person is 100 €. It covers the cost of: the welcome party, the gala dinner and sightseeing tour of Ljubljana.

• This fee is open only to non-authors accompanying authors participating in the conference.
• You are encouraged to register in advance via the secure on-line registration site,
• Please complete one registration for each accompanying person,
• The secretariat office kindly ask you to use on-site registration, at the time of conference, only in exceptional case.

Payment Information

• The registration and accommodation is handled by Albatros Bled, Congress Agency and Congress Service.
• Method of payment: Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard and Amex are accepted. Detailed information are provided in the on-line registration form.
• Method of payment: Bank Transfer - Your registration is confirmed after the Agency receive your payment!
• You will receive an Invoice after you complete the registration Form and you are kindly asked to settle the Invoice in the due time.
